Global-based education teaches us about the myriad ways our society intersects and how to live in a world that gets smaller every day.

Studying abroad also helps students gain knowledge that enables them to improve their understanding of other cultures, their successes and problems, and the issues we have in common. Students who have had these experiences become an invaluable resource to our nation and to future employers as global markets become more competitive.
