Student Call Center

The WSU Student Call Center employs Wayne State students to reach out to alumni, parents and friends year-round in support of university initiatives. Their mission is to increase Annual Giving participation and provide information about new campus programs. Student callers are committed to encouraging you to help maintain and improve the WSU experience for the benefit of students today and tomorrow.

You may be contacted up to two times per year from a student caller, once on behalf of the school or college with which you are affiliated and a second time if you are a member of the alumni association, were a student athlete or are a parent of a WSU student. Our Student Call Center has been active since 2005 and helps raise more than a half million dollars each year in support.

The Student Call Center employs up to 35 WSU students who work to deliver vital information to alumni and friends about the university and its schools and colleges. In addition, students collect updated alumni information to help lower mailing costs and reduce returned mail.

The Student Call Center operates Monday - Thursday from 6 - 9 p.m. EST and on Sundays from 12 - 6:30 p.m. throughout the year.
